Villa Lady Di Plitvice

Villa Lady Di Plitvice is located in Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the small village of Gornji Babin Potok. The house offers a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and forest. It is easily accessible directly from the main road. The interior combines rustic charm with modern design.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a sauna with a shower, as well as a living room with a kitchen and dining area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. One of the rooms can also be used as a children's living room, a study or an additional bedroom. The house has electric central heating as well as air conditioning. Guests also have access to a wide selection of board games for all ages, a TV and a radio.

On the northern side of the house, the living room opens into an enclosed area featuring a large barbecue fireplace with an auxiliary kitchen, a large solid oak table with benches, a spacious bar table and a cosy corner for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. This area also includes entertainment facilities such as a mini billiard table, table football and darts. There is also a separate entrance from the parking area. A wood-burning stove provides additional warmth and a pleasant atmosphere.

The house is ideal for couples, families with children or team-building gatherings. It is officially rated as a 4-star accommodation.

The village of Gornji Babin Potok is located at an altitude of 778 metres above sea level. During the winter months, there is usually plenty of snow, which often remains for a long time. Several slopes near the house are perfect for children to enjoy winter activities. The nearest public ski resort is Mukinje, approximately 30 km away, or about a 30-minute drive.
