Villa Lady Di Plitvice is located in Plitvice Lakes National Park in the small village of Gornji Babin Potok. The house offers a beautiful view of the meadow and forest.

Access to the house is from the main road. The house is designed in a rustic modern style. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a sauna with a shower, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area.

Interior stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional toilet.

One of the rooms can be used as a children's playroom, a study, or another bedroom. The house has central electric heating and air conditioning. There are also many social games for all ages, as well as a TV and a radio available in the house.

The house is ideal for friendly and family gatherings or teambuilding

On the western part of the house, there is a large open terrace accessible from either the living room or the courtyard entrance. Here, you can enjoy the sun on loungers, have meals, and in the winter months when there is snow, it's ideal for children's snow games. Sleds for children are also available at that time.

On the northern side, there is an exit from the living room to an enclosed space where you'll find a large grill area with an auxiliary kitchen, a large oak dining table with benches, a big bar table, and a corner for relaxation or enjoying coffee. In this space, there is also an entertainment area with a mini pool table, table football, and darts. There is a secondary entrance from the parking area. In the enclosed space, there is also a wood-burning stove for warmth and atmosphere.

BEDROOMS

The house has 5 rooms. In three rooms, there are double beds, in one room, there are 2 beds sized 120x200, and in one room, there is a daybed that can be for one person or, if needed, opens into a bed of 160x200.

The room can be a bedroom, a children's auxiliary living room equipped with a TV, a study, or a playroom. Here, you should place pictures of the rooms /a collage of pictures showing all the beds.

In the living room, there is a large leather corner sofa with an additional two-seater to accommodate all house guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as an oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, food processor, complete cookware, basic spices, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a stove, cutlery, as well as all kitchen utensils.

The house has air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, Netflix. Heating is electric central heating. The house has 2 full bathrooms with toilets, as well as a separate additional shower with a sauna and an extra toilet.

Entertainment and Socializing Room

From the living room, you enter the social area. In this room, there is a large barbecue grill with complete grilling equipment: various utensils, trays, grates, and tripods.

There is also a gas stove and large containers for food preparation. Additionally, there is a large oak wooden table with two wooden benches, as well as a large bar table with bar stools.

For enthusiasts of various games, there is a table football, mini billiards, and an electronic dartboard. For those who enjoy relaxation and coffee, there is a corner sofa.

The settlement of Gornji Babin Potok is located at an altitude of 778 meters. In the winter months, there is a lot of snow that persists for a long time. Near the house, there are several slopes where children can enjoy winter activities. The nearest public ski resort is Mukinje, which is approximately 30 km away, or half an hour's drive.
